If you sign up as a member, you can use the IBC service more conveniently.

In case of unavoidable restrictions on the use of the service, reasonable procedures will be followed.

You can cancel the IBC service use contract at any time.
It is very unfortunate for IBC, but a member may withdraw from membership at any time by applying for termination of the Naver service use contract, and in this case, Naver will handle it without delay as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

When the IBC service use contract is terminated, all data of the member, including all posts attached to the member account, will be destroyed, except when Naver may retain the member's information in accordance with the relevant laws and personal information processing policy. At the same time, it becomes unrecoverable. However, even in this case, posts such as posts that other members have kept or scrapped and comments registered on public bulletin boards are not deleted.

Some IBC services may contain advertisements.
As you use various IBC services, sometimes some individual services contain advertisements. Data communication charges that may be incurred while using the IBC service are borne by you according to the use contract with the service provider you have signed up for, and additional costs incurred by viewing the included advertisements are also borne by you.

In order to use the desired IBC service, you may need to view unwanted advertisements. This contributes to making it possible to provide a variety of IBC services that are provided to you free of charge in principle, and furthermore serves as a basis for IBCs to provide better services by investing in research and development. Recently, some third-party services emphasize the use of ad-free services, and the practice of providing main services for a fee supports this.

IBC will always think about and improve ways to minimize your inconvenience or burden.

We will notify you of any service interruptions or changes.
IBC is doing its best to provide stable service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 7 days a week. Or you can break some.

③ The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the advertiser by the advertiser in violation of Article 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
④ The automatic registration service is provided automatically according to the registration standards agreed by the company and the advertiser, and the company does not guarantee the reliability of the results, and the advertiser acknowledges the possibility of misregistration. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by misregistration.
Article 13 (Restrictions on Registration of Products and Contents)
① Advertisers cannot post product advertisements and contents under each of the following subparagraphs on the service.
1. Software OEM products, duplicates, items not for sale, stolen items, found items, illegal videos, pornography, illegal drugs, listed stocks, etc. Products that are prohibited from arbitrarily and freely distributed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Products that cannot be sold in the cyber mall in accordance with laws and regulations and notices and orders of relevant administrative agencies
3. Harmful to juveniles for which juvenile protection measures have not been taken
4. Products and product advertisements that infringe on the rights of others, such as portrait rights and intellectual property rights
5. Products that cannot be handled under the IBC Shopping Operation Policy
② In the case of advertisers selling products or providing services, permission from administrative agencies is required, violations of the company's operating policies and related laws, acts that infringe on the rights of others, or any such illegal or unjust acts If there is a good reason, we may delete or stop product advertisements and content, or we may require the advertiser to provide proof. Advertisers cannot claim damages from this and must immediately provide the requested evidence to the company.
③ Advertisers shall bear all legal responsibilities resulting from posting or selling product advertisements and contents in violation of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, and the company shall be immediately indemnified from the advertiser's costs and responsibilities.
Article 14 (Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation of Purchase)
① Advertisers must faithfully respond to users' requests for exchange, return, refund and cancellation in accordance with relevant laws such as 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」 and 「Act on Installment Transactions」.
② The cost of delivery or collection of goods according to the preceding paragraph is borne by the advertiser and the company is not involved.
③ Advertisers must faithfully process users' product orders and make every effort to prevent a situation in which the product cannot be supplied in a timely manner due to the advertiser's circumstances. However, if the supply of the product is not possible despite the efforts of the advertiser, appropriate compensation measures shall be taken for the user.
④ Advertisers must carry out quality assurance and after-sales service at their own risk for products sold in accordance with the period and conditions presented when selling products, and must compensate users for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the advertiser. .
Article 15 (Delivery)
① When posting advertisements, advertisers must specify the delivery policy, such as the delivery method of the product, the person responsible for the delivery cost for each means, and the delivery period for each means, in the cyber mall operated by the advertiser, and must safely deliver the product ordered by the user at their own risk. do.
② The advertiser is responsible for accurately delivering the product ordered by the user to the delivery location and consignee specified in the order form, and the advertiser is responsible for any problems caused by this error.
③ If a complaint is received from a user due to a delivery delay, the advertiser must immediately resolve it, and in case of delay in resolution, the advertiser must compensate the user appropriately.
④ Advertisers must immediately notify users when there is a problem in delivery due to lack of stock, traffic disruption, or accidents.
Article 16 (User Protection)
① Advertisers must not use user information acquired in the course of using the service for any purpose other than those necessary for the execution of the transaction. Advertisers must fulfill their duty of care as a good manager in managing the information provided by users, and must comply with the provisions of related laws, including the Electronic Transaction Framework Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
② Advertisers must not send e-mails that are against or likely to go against the user's will or engage in business activities that violate laws or regulations.
③ In order to protect users, the company may operate a penalty point system for advertisers to use the service in response to user objections, etc., and specific details will be announced through Naver Shopping in advance.
④ In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the Information and Communications Network Act, the Company may separately store or destroy advertisers' information when the purpose of use of personal information is achieved or there is no record of service use for a certain period of time.

Article 17 (Disclaimer of representation and warranty)
① The company does not have the authority to act on behalf of advertisers for the sale of products, and any actions of the company are not regarded as acts on behalf of advertisers.
② The company does not guarantee any information such as the existence, safety, or legality of products sold by the advertiser, and the advertiser is responsible for this.
③ The company does not provide any guarantee for the effectiveness of product advertisements provided by the advertiser, and the advertiser cannot hold any responsibility to the company for the lack of the intended advertisement effect.
Article 18 (Confidentiality)
The company and advertisers provide, disclose, disclose, or disclose to a third party all confidential matters such as management information, trade secrets, customer information, etc. It must not be used for any other purpose, and the confidential information required by the other party must be strictly observed.

Article 19 (Obligation to notify and transfer of rights)
① All rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions cannot be transferred to a third party without the written consent of the Company.
② If the advertiser's transfer or resale to another person is discovered, the company may refuse to provide the service or terminate this contract.
Article 20 (Fees Policy)
① Advertisers must pay a fee to the company for service use in order to continue using the service, and if the company does not pay it by the deadline set by the company, the company may stop providing the service.
② Advertisers can pay commissions to the company or use them free of charge as follows.
   This is different according to IBC Shopping's policy, and it is applied according to what is set by the company.
1. Entrance fee: It is a brake on advertisers when they enter a store in order to receive services.

2. Billing Fee Per Click (CPC): When a user clicks on an advertiser's product advertisement, a certain amount is charged for each click. The method of calculating the unit price per click is separately announced within IBC Shopping.
3. Additional advertising fee: This is a fee to be paid when an advertiser wants to use various marketing areas provided by the company in advertising media or IBC Shopping. Different fees are applied depending on the type of supplementary advertisement. The specific amount and calculation method will be announced separately on the IBC Shopping store entry guide webpage, the IBC Shopping initial screen, or the relevant advertisement page and notices of the Smart Farm Partner Center.
4. Smart Farm Store Seller Sales Linkage Fee: In the case of Smart Farm Store sellers, the 1st entry fee and the 2nd click fee in this section do not apply mutatis mutandis, and a fee for each sales linked to sales is applied. The specific fee rate and application method will be notified separately through the relevant advertisement page and notices of the Smart Farm Partner Center.
Article 21 (Fees payment method and payment method)

The amount to be recharged can be set by the advertiser as at least 100,000 won for general charging and at least 50,000 won for automatic charging. ② Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the case of automatic recharging, payment can only be made by credit card payment, and when the company sets or changes the details of the recharging policy, it will be notified separately on the IBC Shopping initial screen, IBC shopping store webpage, or within the Smart Farm Partner Center. do.
③ Advertisers must pay the following fees in advance in accordance with Article 20 to publish product advertisements.
1. Admission Fee: When an advertiser applies for advertiser registration, the first admission fee must be paid after passing the company's first screening.
2. Billing Fee per Click (CPC): It is settled by deducting the fee calculated in 24-hour increments from the recharge amount. If the recharge amount is insufficient, the service will be stopped. If the insufficient amount is charged, the service will resume from the next day.
3. Additional advertising cost: It is settled by deducting the commission calculated for each marketing area from the recharge amount. If the amount charged is insufficient when registering for supplementary advertisements, you must recharge the insufficient amount through ‘Instant Recharge’.
④ Advertisers must recharge the receivables if there is no receivable in their account or due to insufficient replenishment amount, and the receivables will be deducted from the reload amount.
⑤ If the advertiser's account has no charge or accounts receivable, the company may immediately stop the advertiser's product advertisement exposure, and may terminate this contract if it is not recharged within 6 months.
⑥ The company may provide information such as e-mail or short text message when the advertiser requests for information regarding payment of various fees, and if the advertiser wants to be notified by short text message, user authentication and procedures must be followed. have to go through
⑦ If the ‘charged money’ is not recharged or used again after 5 years have elapsed from the date of the last charge or use, it may be extinguished according to the statute of limitations in the commercial law, as stipulated in the charge extinction policy.
Article 22 (Fees Refund and Refund)
① “Refund” means returning the fee to the recharge amount of the advertiser’s Smart Farm Partner Center account, and “refund” means canceling or canceling the card payment according to the method charged by the advertiser for the charge in the advertiser’s Smart Farm Partner Center account. ② In principle, the company refunds the fee to the advertiser's Smart Farm Partner Center account, and if the advertiser requests a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the fee is refunded. However, the amount charged by the entrance fee, already used additional advertising cost and per-click charge (CPC), and various free and discount coupons issued by the company (hereinafter “coupons, etc.”) is not refundable or refundable, and the entrance fee is 10 days from the date of payment Refunds will only be made if this has not elapsed.

Article 23 (Compensation for Damages, etc.)
① The company and the advertiser must compensate the other party for damage caused by reasons attributable to them.
Article 24 (Provision of service details)
① In order to provide services to advertisers, the company may request technical execution for data collection through EC hosting providers or directly, and if the advertiser does not do this, the scope of the service details provided by the company is limited.
② In order to receive accurate service details, advertisers must actively cooperate with the company for technical requests requested by the company or EC hosting company, unless there is a special reason.
③ Advertisers cannot arbitrarily change the content technically requested by the company and must not use it for other purposes.
④ The company has the authority over the collected data, and can process and utilize the data only for the purpose of providing the service.
⑤ Advertisers cannot use the service details provided by the company to advertisers for any other purpose.
Article 25 (Termination of Contract, etc.)
① The company may suspend service to advertisers and terminate this contract in the following cases.
1. If the documents written or submitted by the advertiser at the time of registration are found to be false
2. In case of violation of laws or these Terms and Conditions and the Company's policies
3. In case the cyber mall operated by the advertiser does not provide services for user safety such as escrow and guarantee insurance
4. In case of widespread user complaints or social controversy with respect to the products sold by the advertiser or the cyber mall operated by the advertiser
5. In case the company's friendly external image or reputation has been damaged or is likely to be damaged due to the product sold by the advertiser or the cyber mall operated by the advertiser
6. When a person whose registration is prohibited or rejected according to the company's policy unreasonably requests registration in the name of another person
7. When normal business activities are difficult, such as when an advertiser files for suspension or closure of business, bankruptcy pursuant to the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, or an application for commencement of rehabilitation procedures;
8. In case of violation of other relevant laws
② In the case where the company terminates this contract according to the preceding paragraph, if the reason for the termination is a serious violation of laws and regulations and operating policies, etc. The Company may restrict the use of other services (keyword search advertisements, local advertisements, real estate services, etc.) of the company that has concluded a contract of use with the company, or may terminate the contract of use ex officio.
③ If an advertiser wants to cancel this contract, they must apply for contract termination to the company by phone or e-mail, specifying the reason 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the desired termination date.
④ Advertisers can apply for re-entry after one month from the contract termination date. However, re-entry may be restricted if the contract has been terminated ex officio by the company in accordance with these terms and conditions or if re-entry is not possible according to the IBC Shopping Operation Policy.
Article 26 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction, etc.)
① Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are resolved by mutual agreement between the company and the advertiser or according to commercial practices.
② For disputes between the company and advertisers, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply.
③ Litigation regarding disputes between the company and advertisers shall be brought to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
